Fees for Delegates
Congress Registration
Registration includes full admission to the days that have been booked including the exhibition hall, lunches and refreshments during the Congress sessions, to be held at the Owen G Glenn Building, University of Auckland Business School. It does not include the Welcome Evening, Networking Function or Official Conference Dinner or Workshops (these must be booked separately).

Late Registration Fee
After 20 November 2012 a late registration fee of $125 (GST inclusive) applies to the Congress registration fee.
Discount
If 3 or more delegates from the same organization attend the Congress subtract $100 per delegate from the Congress fee. If 3 or more delegates from the same organization attend a workshop subtract $220 per delegate from the Workshop fee.

Fee for the Best Practice Competition (including GBN’s Global Benchmarking Award)
The Best Practice Competition entrance fee must be paid to participate in Round 2 by 10 November. The fee is set at NZ$550 GST inclusive for up-to 3 Competition entries and enables one person from your organization to attend all 3 days of the Congress (this excludes the Welcome Reception, Networking Function and Official Conference Dinner which can be booked separately). Additional staff can register at standard delegate rates.
Additional fees must be paid for the following:

Note the best 20 SME (under 20 employees) applicants that enter the competition will receive one free registrations to the whole Congress (including social events), 5-7 December, courtesy of sponsorship by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).
Registration Cancellation Policy and Guarantees
Registration cancellation must be given in writing. Refunds are as follows
- After 1 June 2012: full refund less $NZ100 administration fee
- After 1 November 2012: no refund
The World Business Capability Congress reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event or lecture session. In the event of the cancellation of the full Congress, the organisers will refund all registration fees less any non-refundable deposits and expenses. Please be advised that the World Business Capability Congress management is not responsible for any airfare penalties or other travel charges and custom duty taxes you may incur during your visit to New Zealand or the Congress. You are advised to purchase your own travel insurance against such occurrences.
