This is an award for the best paper written for the World Business Capability Congress.

To be eligible for the prize the paper must not have been published elsewhere and it must comply with the instructions shown in the Manuscript Guide. Only full length papers (maximum length 8 pages) and not abstracts will be considered for the award.

The Best Paper Prize is being sponsored by Otago Polytechnic.

• 1^st Prize – NZ$1,000
• 2^nd Prize – NZ$500
• 3^rd Prize – NZ$250
• Special prize for the best paper written by a current PhD student (therefore not qualified by 7 December, 2012) – NZ$250

The award winners will be announced at the Congress dinner.
